Like Baby Like Mother
2025
Object size — 60 cmx 60 cm x 30 cm
This weird creature is about carrying a scab-covered pain with you, shedding and renovating, being a complex body with scabs and dead weight and protective spikes, but also pieces of newborn, vulnerable skin. I photographed it with me holding it, almost as if it were either my baby or a weird organ, which gives another layer to the work.

Bones And All
2025
This peculiar gathering is about bones and all: personal pain that becomes an archaeological form. With time, spikes gradually change direction: they stop piercing your stomach and start looking outside, transforming from an inside torture to an angry protective layer

A Little Bit About The Artist
A Statement From The Artist
I am a seed and I am a sower. I make chic dread. There is a certain painful kind of sadness throughout my works, but it’s caught with a flash and bold angles like a busy celebrity. It’s wrapped in plastic, feathers, threads, mutilated forms and naive shapes.
Do you like scary movies? And if so which ones?
I feel deep emotional сonnection with well-layered, metaphorical, mind-mending and deeply existential horror: 'Eraserhead' of Lynch, 'Possession' of Żuławski, all works of Lanthimos, some of Guadagnino. The works of women and especially women's body horror takes absolutely special place: all works of Ducornau, all works of Fargeat, the debut of Blichfeldt 'The Ugly Stepsister'. Surrealistic horror like 'La Casa Lobo' by Cristobal León & Joaquín Cociñaalso fascinates me, as well as a bit circus-like 'Beetljuice' of early Burton.
Who's your fave Final Girl and why?
Every single woman I know and love is my fave Final Girl. Women live and breathe body horror, navigate through existential fog and weave metaphors.
What is the biggest influence in your practice?
In school, my art teacher showed me that shadows of trees are not black, but purple and blue. I still consider it the biggest influence on my art practice.
