The installation is sited and inspired by the flooded natural sand pit of Horsell common that HG Wells described as the site where space ships landed in The War of the Worlds. The bodily objects and their reflections explore a surreal alternative world.
A Little Bit About The Artist
Do you think you would survive the backrooms and why/why not?
My work as an artist occupies a liminal space between conscious representation and unconscious influence. Therefore, I would embrace the dissonance created by a space that feels familiar but also uncomfortable.

Quiet Place.

The use of repetition to create a narrative that is often influenced by the darker aspects of human nature.
