Project N-Terro: The Yellow Pill is a sci-fi, horror, thriller set in 2165, in a dystopian America overrun by violence and corruption. The story centers on Tarra, a double-agent grappling with her traumatic past and working for NTRO (Neuro-Terrain Recovery Operations), a government entity that extracts confessions and information via neural link. Unlocking psychic abilities but risking mutation and mental destabilization, Tarra's mission involves taking the dangerous yellow pill to interrogate Chad, a pedophilic criminal linked to human trafficking and a sinister operation called the Flesh Circus. As she relives traumatic memories and tortures Chad, her anger blurs reality and fantasy, culminating in a brutal confrontation with her abuser. Haunted by her past and manipulated by her overseer Brimstone, Tarra discovers that Chad's employer, politician Nathan Birsha, may be orchestrating the trafficking operation. This realization sets the stage for an escalating confrontation between Tarra, her organization, and the dark forces in power.
