My work is narrative focused, exploring different stories, feelings and themes to produce motifs. I am drawn to depicting events with an underlying sense of unease, longing or wonder. I have always been intrigued by the mix of emotions, the major minor which captures some feeling within being a human. Working with art as a sense of human connection, stories and history. I currently work mostly with crochet. I am intrigued by the softness of the yarn and tactility of the medium in creating scenes or characters. Playing in not only with motifs but with this medium in the hard/soft.
