Love 'em! The Decent, Talk To Me, Dawn Of the Dead (the original), the Friday The 13th films, Interview With A Vampire, Nosferatu (original and remake), The Cabinet Of Dr Caligary, and quite a few hammer horror films

Who or what is the biggest influence in your film making?

 

Inventiveness, uniqueness, and creating on shoe string budgets! When ever I develop an idea, there has to be a moment, a shot or a location that I'm obsessed with. For example, in my previous film Dead by Midnight, I wanted to create a scene where the streets were packed with zombies, people were being pulled from cars and the scene was filled with tense moments - I thrive on creating challenging scenes like this, despite having no budget!
