A Statement From The Artist
My art practices involves painting, drawing, sculpture and mixed media works. The themes in my work are the everday, womenhood, the inner child and intuition to name a few. These themes are inspired by personal experience as a 20 something women aiming to navigate adulthood in the day and age of our time, whilst aiming to feel grounded and retaining a child-like wonder.
Tell us about a dream you've had.​
I once had a dream I was being chased by paintings. They had arms and legs and their frames as torsos.They were abstract paintings and I was very afraid lol.
What's your favourite movie or tv show?
Atm , Obsessed with What We Do in the Shadows currently !!

​​​​What is your biggest influence on your practice?
The influence on my works varies and at times i'm not even aware myself of what the influence is as I like to remain quite intuitive and not question the magic. However if i had to say it would be poetry from the likes of mary oliver (meanwhile the wild geese.. )to the concepts of the inner child and beauty im the mundane which is explored by my favourite author haemin sunmin who is also a monk. I am also inspired by many artists themselves and feel I culminate a style that is a broad mixture of all my inspiration. I also feel a great connection with the natural world, especially with stars,owls and the moon.
